    Recipe

    Salmon Steak Kirimi  

    塩鮭とほうれんそうパスタ

    Salted salmon and spinach pasta (Please add salt to salmon)

    Ingredients (for 2 persons) 

    • Shio Zake (salted salmon) 
    • 200 gr fresh spinach 
    • 250 ml heavy cream 
    • 125 gr mushrooms
    • 125 gr noodles/pasta/rice
    • Seasoning to taste: pepper, garlic powder, onion powder 

    Preparation method 

    1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees.

    2. Thaw the salmon in the fridge or in cold water for half an hour.

    3. Meanwhile, cook the noodles/pasta/rice according to the instructions on the packet.

    4. When the fish is thawed, place it skin side up on a baking sheet with baking paper in the oven for 7 minutes. You could add a little pepper, but the Hokkai fish is flavorful enough and doesn’t need anything extra.  

    5. Fry the mushrooms on high heat in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. After about 5 minutes, add the spinach and let it shrink. Then add the cream and the herbs (to taste). 

    6. Place the noodles/pasta/rice on a plate, pour over the vegetable sauce and place the salmon on top. Enjoy!

     

    材料(2人分)

    塩鮭

    ほうれん草 200g

    クッキングクリーム 250ml

    マッシュルーム(スライス) 125g

    パスタ(またはヌードルやライス)125g

    コショウ、ガーリックパウダー、オニオンパウダーなどのスパイス

     

    作り方

    1. オーブン度230度に温めておく
    2. 塩鮭を冷蔵庫、あるいは冷水に30分ほど入れて解凍する
    3. パスタ(またはヌードル、ライス)をゆでる
    4. クッキングシートを敷いたトレイに鮭を皮を上にして並べ、オーブンで7分ほど温める。
    5. オリーブオイル少々を使い、強火でマッシュルームを炒める
    6. 5分ほどしたらほうれん草を加えてくたっとするまで炒める
    7. クッキングクリームとお好みのスパイスを加える
    8. 皿にパスタ(またはヌードルやライス)を盛り、上からソースをかける。上に焼きあがった塩鮭をのせる
