

Salmon Trout Fried Rice (三文鱼炒饭)
Ingredients:
- Aomori salmon trout (cubed)
- 1 bowl cooked rice (cold, leftover rice is best)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ cup mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots)
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and salmon trout, cook till slightly crispy.
- Push to side, scramble egg in the same pan.
- Add rice and vegetables, stir-fry everything together.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and serve.
