Cooking Guide: (Super Easy Recipe!)

1. Preparation: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
2. Seasoning: Place the salmon belly loin on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings such as minced garlic, lemon zest, or herbs like dill or thyme.
3. Baking: Bake the salmon belly loin in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the loin. The salmon is cooked when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
4. Resting: Once baked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute and ensures a moist and flavorful fish.
5. Serving: Serve the baked salmon belly loin hot, garnished with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
