Saba (Torodaba fillet)

塩サバ インゲンのニンニクバター醤油炒めを添えて

Salted mackerel fillets with garlic beans


Shio Saba (salted mackerel) / 150 grams white rice / 300 grams green beans

3 cloves of garlic / Plenty of butter / Splash of soy sauce


Preparation method

  1. Defrost the fish for 30 minutes in the package in cold water
  2. Preheat the oven at 230 ℃
  3. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package
  4. Cook the green beans al dente for 5 minutes
  5. Put the fish in the oven for 7 minutes
  6. Chop and bake the garlic in plenty of butter
  7. Add the green beans and soy sauce and stir fry at high heat for a couple minutes
  8. Serve the fish with rice and beans.



塩サバ / 白米 150g / インゲン 300g / ニンニク 3片 / バターたっぷり




  1. 冷凍庫から出した「塩サバ」を冷水に30分ほど入れ、解凍する
  2. オーブンを230度に温める
  3. ご飯を炊く
  4. インゲンをちょっとかため(アルデンテ)にゆでる(約5分)。
  5. 塩サバを230度に温まったオーブンで7分間焼く
  6. ニンニクをみじん切りにし、バターでいためる。
  7. 6に、インゲンとしょうゆを加え強火で数分間炒める
  8. 焼きあがった塩サバにご飯とインゲンを添えて出来上がり
