    Gindara (Black cod)

    Ingredients (for 2 people)

    Kirimi (cod fish)/ 1 lime / 1 thumb-size piece of ginger / 1 clove of garlic /

    1 tablespoon of peanut oil / 1 tablespoon of sesame oil / ½ tablespoon of Thai fish sauce / 1 tablespoon of soy sauce / 1 tablespoon of cashew nuts / 2 tablespoons of coriander / ½ red pepper chopped finely


    Preparation Method

    1. Cut the ginger into thin strips, squeeze the lime and mix with the ginger.

    2. Preheat the oven to 200 ℃.

    3. Chop the garlic and fry it gently in the peanut oil.

    4. Add the garlic, fish sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce to the ginger and lime.

    5. Place the cod fillets in a greased baking dish and pour the sauce on top.

    6. Place the cod in the oven for 20 minutes.

    7. Garnish the fish with coarsely chopped cashew nuts, coriander and the red pepper.

    ごま油 大さじ1 / ナンプラー 大さじ1/2 / しょうゆ 大さじ1 /

    カシューナッツ 大さじ1 / コリアンダー 大さじ2 / 赤唐辛子のみじん切り 1/2本



    1. しょうがをスライスし絞ったライムと混ぜておく
    2. オーブンを200度に温めておく
    3. ニンニクを細かく切り、ピーナッツオイルで炒める
    4. 1にニンニク、ナンプラー、ごま油、しょうゆを加える
    5. 油を敷いた耐熱皿にタラを並べ、上からソースをかける
    6. 20分ほどオーブンで焼く
    7. 出来上がった魚のうえに、荒くつぶしたカシューナッツ、コリアンダー、赤唐辛子をのせ盛り付ける
