Orders processed here will take 2 working days to arrive.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We will give you a reminder phone call 30 mins before arrival. ;)

Free delivery eligible for orders with min. $80 spent in a single purchase. (after any discounts and loyalty points are applied).
However, there is no minimum order amount for home delivery, please enjoy our finest Japanese food fuss-free.

Delivery Modifications

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.

Please notify us before your chosen time-slot if you are unable to receive delivery and we will do our best to accommodate you. 
If you wish to make any changes to your delivery, please notify us by 4pm on the day before your delivery is due.
If our team does not receive prior notification and there is nobody at home to receive your delivery during your chosen time-slot, an additional $10 fee will be charged for rescheduled deliveries.
Should any issues arise with delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you via the telephone number you have provided us with.

Damages and issues

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Please kindly contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, via "Contact us" or call +65 6259 6503, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Our refund policy is 3 days upon delivery. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer you any refund or exchange. 
We may refuse to refund if the reason is due to a change-of-heart and/or the cleanliness of the product have been compromised by the receiver.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have applied for a refund and it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and finalize the refund too.

**Shipping costs are non-refundable.**
