We have partnered up with a Wagyu supplier with over 50 years of experience in the Wagyu industry. Their staffs are highly trained professionals who received trainings in Hyogo, Japan. They also carefully select and purchase the high quality Wagyu with their own eyes instead of purchasing through manufacturers in Japan, and sending them by air to Singapore!

When you receive our Wagyu package, it is normal for the meat to have a dark brown appearance. It is due to the lack of oxygen from it's low temperature storage and vacuum pack. Once you open the packaging, the meat will gradually return to a brighter red shade.
You may defrost the Wagyu by removing it from your freezer and leaving it in the fridge overnight the day before consumption. This allows it to thaw slowly in a cool temperature which is the ideal way to maintain it's premium quality.
